Woodside Car Service does not exist
Woodside Car Service, LLC is a fictional business, invented to demonstrate what can be designed, provisioned, deployed and hosted through MaiaHost. There is no repair shop at 37-32 61st Street run by this company, nobody works its bays, and nobody named or pictured on this website is a real person. Specifically, every one of the following is invented for this demonstration and describes no actual business:
- The shop itself, and the address it stands at, used here only as a fictional place of business
- Every staff member pictured or named on this site
- Every ASE and I-CAR certification attributed to them
- Every price, on the pricing page and in every service menu
- The warranty described on the warranty page
- The opening hours printed in the footer and on the contact page
- The customer comments and the ten case notes on the reviews page
See the reviews page for those comments and case notes in full — they read like real feedback because that is what makes a design demonstration convincing, not because anyone actually said them. Every telephone number printed anywhere on this site is the placeholder 000-000-0000. It is not a working number and will not connect you to anyone. If this page gives you only one sentence to take away, take this one: nothing here describes a real business, and nothing here should be relied on as though it did.
Manufacturer names and trademarks
This site names real vehicle manufacturers, because an independent repair shop's services only mean anything in relation to the cars it actually works on. That use is, and is meant to be, purely descriptive:
We are an independent workshop. Woodside Car Service, LLC is an independent repair facility. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorised by or a franchised dealer for any vehicle manufacturer. All manufacturer and model names are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the vehicles we service and repair.
To spell out what that means in full: manufacturer and model names appear on this site only to describe the kinds of vehicles an independent repair shop would service, and each one remains the trademark of its own owner. No manufacturer logo, wordmark or badge is reproduced anywhere on this site, in any photograph, or in the header video. Nothing here implies affiliation with, authorisation by, sponsorship by, endorsement by, or a dealership relationship of any kind with any manufacturer named or pictured, including on the vehicles shown in the photography, none of which carry a visible manufacturer badge.
Nothing here is advice about a real vehicle
The maintenance intervals, prices, symptom descriptions and repair explanations on this site are general, illustrative content, written to make the design realistic rather than to diagnose anything. They cannot tell you what is wrong with a specific car, because nobody has looked at one. If you have a genuine concern about a real vehicle — a noise, a warning light, a change in how it drives — have it inspected by a licensed repair shop rather than by anything you read here.
Prices and estimates
Every price on this site — on the pricing page, in the service menus, and in the maintenance schedule — is an illustrative figure, invented to make the design realistic. None of it is a quotation, an offer, or a price at which any real work is available, because there is no real work to price.
The warranty
The warranty described on the warranty page — 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, on both parts and labour — is illustrative in exactly the same way. It creates no obligation on anyone, for the simple reason that there is no business here to be obliged: a warranty is a promise from a shop to a customer, and this page has neither.
Images and video
Every photograph on this site, and the video that plays on the home page, is AI-generated. None of it depicts a real premises, a real technician, a real customer or a real vehicle, and no vehicle shown in any image or in the video carries a manufacturer badge of any kind.
Use of this site
You are welcome to browse this site, read it, and treat it as a reference for what MaiaHost hosting and design can produce. You may not scrape it at volume, attempt to interfere with how it runs, use the contact form as a means of attacking or spamming the mailbox behind it, or present any part of it as describing a real business, a real person or a real vehicle.
Intellectual property
The design, layout, copy, structure and code of this site were produced for this demonstration and belong to its operator or its licensors. They are shown publicly to demonstrate what MaiaHost hosting and design can produce, and are not released for reuse elsewhere. The manufacturer and model names discussed above remain the property of their respective owners, as set out in the section on trademarks.
External links
Where this site links, or comes to link, to a map, a set of directions or any other resource outside this domain, that link is provided for convenience only. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, accuracy or privacy practices of anything beyond this domain, and a link is not an endorsement of whatever is on the other end of it.
Limitation of liability
This site and everything on it are provided as a demonstration, as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator of this site is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of it, including from relying on any price, interval, symptom description, repair explanation or warranty term as though it applied to an actual vehicle or an actual business.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles — fittingly, since the fictional shop they describe is imagined to sit on 61st Street in Woodside, in exactly that state.
Getting in touch
Questions about this site, this demonstration, or these terms can be sent to carservice@bestdealwebdesign.com, or through the contact page, on the understanding set out there and on the privacy page: it is a real form, delivered to a real mailbox kept for this demonstration, and it does not reach a real repair shop, because there is not one.
